Common problems of telescopic installation:

3. For the expansion joint that needs to be "cold tight", the auxiliary components commonly used for pre deformation should be removed after the pipeline installation.
4. It is forbidden to adjust the installation deviation of the pipeline in the way of deformation of the expansion device, so as to prevent endangering all normal functions of the expansion device, reducing the service life and lifting the load of the pipeline, equipment and support plate components.
5. During the installation, it is not allowed to weld through and splash on the surface of the wave shell, and the wave shell is not allowed to suffer other mechanical damage.
6. After the pipeline installation is completed, the Yellow auxiliary positioning components and standard parts on the wave expansion device should be removed as soon as possible, and the limiting equipment should be adjusted to the required position according to the design requirements, so that the pipeline has sufficient compensation capacity under the natural environment standard.
7. All moving elements of the telescopic device shall not be stuck by external components or limit its activity scope, and all normal postures of each moving position shall be ensured.
8. During the water pressure test, it is necessary to strengthen the structure of the well-known secondary fixed pipe support equipped with the expansion pipe, so that the pipeline will not move or rotate. For the expansion joint and connecting pipeline used for vapor medium, it is necessary to add temporary support when water injection. The 96 chloride ion content of the cleaning solution for water pressure test does not exceed 25ppm.
